To complete Install Package submission under the HEP program, every project must include a Work Order or Home Improvement Contract, Load Calculation Report and Installer Checklist or Supporting Documents.

Indoor System Photos

Indoor System Overview Photo(s) | A single photo or multiple photos, if needed, to show the following items:

Zone Board | Photos of zoning accessories are to be included in the install package when they are present in the work order or system design. Include photos of the data tag (if applicable) to show the model and serial number of the installed accessory. In the event a data tag is not present on an accessory the minimum photo requirement is to show an overall photo of that accessory after it has been installed.
